1 William Street
1 William Street is one of Brisbane’s largest and highest profile towers. At more than 75,000sqm of NLA it sits as one of the largest office towers in Australia. It is an A-Grade office tower with premium standard services and retail facilities. It is home to the Queensland State Government, accommodating the Premier, Deputy Premier, Treasurer and all Ministers.
ASL’s Vertical Transportation Director designed the various Vertical Transportation configurations within the tower. The total development and construction cost was in the order of $650 Million AUD.

39 Martin Place
39 Martin Place is a premium grade building with 30,000sqm of world class office space. It’s part of the integrated Martin Place Metro precinct. Investa and Manulife acquired the building in 2020.
ASL’s Vertical Transportation Director was involved as the Vertical Transportation peer reviewer for Investa & Manulife.

418A Elizabeth Street
418A Elizabeth Street is a privately owned building and has been a landmark, near Central Station in Sydney. It underwent a lift modernisation in 2022 and the works are due to be completed in 2024.
ASL’s Vertical Transport Director was the vertical transportation consultant for the modernisation. He proposed a modern, energy efficient solution that allowed the building to become well placed to attract modern tenants.

418A Elizabeth Street

New Asiatique World Centre Precinct, Bangkok
The precinct will be a mixed-use site comprising of retail space, an iconic ultra tall tower accommodating 5 Star Hotels, as well as a convention centre to accommodate large events.
ASL’s Vertical Transport Director provided vertical transportation design guidance for the concept design for the signature tower and the convention centre.

New Asiatique World Centre Precinct, Bangkok

Redcliffe Hospital
The expansion of Redcliffe Hospital involves the creation of a nine-level Clinical Services Building and the refurbishment of existing spaces. This expansion will add 204 hospital beds, expand medical imaging, pharmacy, and pathology spaces, add operating theatres, and expand Emergency Department treatment spaces, birthing suites, endoscopy rooms, outpatient consultation rooms, and diagnostic rooms.
ASL’s sister company, Acoustic Logic, is providing acoustics, noise, and vibration monitoring services for the project. ASL’s Vertical Transportation Director led the vertical transportation design for the concept and detailed design phases of the hospital.

Redcliffe Hospital

Ritz-Carlton Gold Coast
Soon to be Australia’s 3rd hotel from this lavish chain, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel will be located on a sought-after Gold Coast waterfront location. Due for completion in 2026, it will set a new benchmark for luxury hotels in the Gold Coast market place. The development will comprise of 150 hotel rooms, an outdoor rooftop pool, event spaces, other boutique retail spaces, and a marina to accommodate boats.
ASL’s sister company Acoustic Logic provided acoustics services for the project, and our Vertical Transportation Director developed the vertical transportation design for the project while at another organisation.

Ritz-Carlton Gold Coast

Sydney Airport LED
Sydney Airport has undergone iterative transformations over the last 10 years and will continue to evolve to keep itself as a beacon for international visitors arriving and departing Sydney.
ASL have been a preferred consultant of Sydney Airport providing AV, Electrical, Building Services and Vertical Transportation consultancy.
